What is Parents as Career Partners (PACP)?
Parents as Career Partners is a workshop that will give
you, as parents and caregivers:

vital information and a range of proven activities to help you become career allies with your children; and
- ·the skills to help your children think about and help them plan their future careers.
Who can access PACP?
- Parents and caregivers - with or without your children
- Teachers - with or without your students
What does the PACP workshop offer?
The workshop is flexible in length and covers a wide range of interesting and useful information.
Find out:
- how the world of work has changed;
- where the real opportunities for your child are;
- where to go for the right information; and
- what your child needs to do to achieve his or her career goals such as how to network or use the internet to source information.
The workshop is customised to meet your needs and those of the other parents and caregivers in your group.
Simply discuss what you would like from the workshop with the EDN staff.
The PACP workshops are free!
Where are the workshops held?
Employment Directions Network staff can plan and deliver the workshops in schools and other community settings.
